Corporate Governance Executive

The main responsibilities of the corporate governance executive are to handle matters related to the meetings of the board of directors and shareholders' meetings according to law, prepare the minutes of the board of directors and shareholders' meetings, assist directors to take office and continue their education, provide directors with information needed to perform their duties, and assist directors to comply with laws and other regulations in accordance with the company's articles of association or matters stipulated in the contract, etc. In order to protect the rights and interests of shareholders and strengthen the functions of the board of directors, the company passed the resolution of the board of directors on August 11, 2022 to appoint a corporate governance supervisor. Currently, the company's chief financial officer is appointed as the corporate governance executive and will arrange for continuing education.
